Those are installer files for the TextAloud application. If you need help with voice installers you purchased in the past the best thing to do is send an email to support@nextup.com. The support desk should be able to help you with reinstalling voices you have already purchased.

There should be a silence phoneme you can use, it should be an underscore. Does that work?
