I found it. It was disabled and grayed out and I didn't see it the first few times I looked. Glad I found it.

I can't figure out how to add the TA toolbar.. I checked the option to install TA for firefox when updating the program but under toolbars there's no TA and under plugins and addons it's not listed either.

It works great. I haven't had any issues and I've read a couple books the past few days with TA3.
