Opus is a very good audio audio compression format. Possibly the best. Royalty-free. Seems to have been introduced in version 3.0.28. Pressing the pause button or a shortcut resets the speed to the default which becomes apparent when unpaused and listening (the speed toolbar does not show that speed has been reset).
