I’ve used the Toolbar utility to remove the Word Toolbar, then uninstall and reinstall TextAloud 3034, but there’s no way! The toolbar is gone. What can I do now?

I’m using Office Professional Plus 2010 version 14.0.4760.1000 (32-bit) and TextAloud 3.0.34 I used to have the TextAloud tab on my ribbon, but it’s gone!
