Greetings:
How can I get TA3 to automatically delete an article from the Article List after it has been read using the Multi Article Speak Mode?

In TA3 you do this by setting up an automatic action, see the automatic actions dialog, under the Tools menu. On this dialog, you'll click the "Add Action" button, set the TextAloud Activity to "After Speaking Article", and the Automatic Action to "Delete Article".

Jim,
The Automatic Actions option is a real nice enhancement.

How can I get TA to read an article and leave it in place so I can examine it. Then, delete it before the next article is read. Often, I use TA to check for grammatical errors by reading through an article, paragraph by paragraph. I like to hear it read, then look at the paragraph after its read. But I don't want all the paragraphs saved, so I want them deleted right before TA adds and reads the next paragraph.

Have you tried using TextAloud in 'single article' mode? From the TextAloud main window, click Tools -> TextAloud Options, and click the Article Options panel. Near the bottom of the panel, you'll see a checkbox labeled "Limit Number of Articles Loaded to 1 (Single Article Mode)". When this option is selected, TextAloud will keep only one article in the display, deleting the current article as the next one is loaded.
Does that do what you're looking for?
