CSS command to customize height of the TextAloud toolbar?

Ok, I have a 3rd party foobar/toolbar(textaloud) below the firefox navigation bar. Problem is, the navigation bar & the foobar(textaloud) are a bit far apart in height ↑↓. Does any1 know the userchrome.css command to get the foobar & the navigation bar closer together? the gap between them looks bad in my firefox.
