No toolbar in Firefox 11

I recently installed TA but it did not add the toolbar to Firefox 11. In View > Toolbars, it is not available.

We added support for Firefox 11 in TextAloud 3.0.36, so first double check your TextAloud version using Help -> About from the main window. If you happen to be running a version earlier than 3.0.36, install the current version at http://www.nextup.com/files/ta3.exe.

If this doesn't help, go to the TextAloud main window and click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem, and just reference this issue in the problem report text.
