Firefox crash after using TextAloud

Hello everybody,
Since Firefox 16.0.1 and TA3048, then Firefox 16.0.2 and TA3049, every time I use TextAloud (it works fine), and I close Firefox, I get an error message, that Firefox crashed, do I want to re-start or quit! There is no error, if I didn't use TextAloud.

This is annoying enough, but it is worrysome that, twice, when I shut down the computer after this, I get a blue screen, once in each of the 2 configurations I mentioned above.

By the way, is it right, that the Firefox Toolbar version is the same in TA3048 and TA3049, Version 3.0.30?

This problem has something to do with using TextAloud buttons from the toolbar in Firefox, closing TextAloud, then closing Firefox. The problem does not happen if Firefox is closed while TextAloud is running.

The problem will be fixed in the next update.
