How to "ignore highlighted text from these applications"

Under the "Clipboard and Mouse Speak Options" there is a list of programs to ignore. Currently it has "TextAloud" listed in the ignore programs list but I would like to add other programs however I can't work out how to do it :s. There is a nice big button there to remove programs from the list but I can't find any way to add them .

As it is I've already listened to entirely too much of my own source code and would like to be able to set TextAloud to ignore future highlights from Visual Studio

Har, found it!

The secret is that you need to enable "Prompt to copy highlighted text" in order to get to the "Show Details" dialogue where you can then check the "always ignore mouse messages from ..." check box, which adds it to the "black" list. Then you can go back and disable "Prompt to copy highlighted text" again.

Not the most intuitive process but well, it gets you there in the end
