Highlight text or create a bookmark to reference and recall a passage

Can someone tell me if Text aloud lets me highlight a section of text in yellow highlighter or create a bookmark for visual reference as found in Word or any regular text program?

There is currently nothing like a yellow highlighter available, but you can place bookmarks in the text and skip to individual bookmarks. To add a bookmark, position the cursor to where you want to place a bookmark, and from the menu click Insert Tags -> Add Bookmark. You'll be prompted for a bookmark name, and a tag like {{Bookmark=My Bookmark}} will be inserted at the cursor.

To skip to your bookmarks, from the menu click Navigation -> Within Article Navigations -> Skip To Bookmark.
