Pronounce and Pause Tags Crashes TextAloud

Using the SAPI 5 pronounce tag and the pause tag, in combination, on the respell line crashes TextAloud:

I haven't been able to duplicate this yet. What voice / language are you seeing the problem with? Are any error messages displayed?

This problem was occurring on Saturday (April 30, 2016) but I just tested again and there is no problem. So today I am not able to duplicate this problem.
