A copy of textaloud that has already been registered is in trial mode and wants a license

I have already registered Textaloud 4, for quite awhile, on a Windows 10 Surface Pro tablet. A couple of days ago when I opened it, it said it was in trial mode. Today when I opened it, it came up with trial mode is ended and I need to enter a license key. I bought two keys, and I don't remember which I used for this Windows tablet. Most importantly, I don't know what happened so that it stopped as a registered version, and went to trial mode. I don't remember registering any other computers in the last several months. Has anyone seen this?
