URGENT License does not activate

I know its Sunday but its really urgent. I need this activated. Apparently the trial is automatically expired when you upgrade.
I actually bought a license for my office computer and was told this will also work on my home computer.

I thought maybe it does not like that I use it on both my computers. Now because I urgently need it, I bought a new license.
But this new license I just bought gives the same error. That the License server cant be reached.

Is there any way you can assist me to activate this now? Its morning here and I really need it today.

I send a email to support and jim@nextup.com, is there any way to get this resolved today?

I checked the license server and your copy of TextAloud appears to be activated ... it looks like you either managed to activate TextAloud yourself or support may have helped you with manual activation.

If you're still having trouble let me know.
