Access violation error message

I have recently reinstalled TextAloud with the latest update. When I press the Pause/Resume hotkey or Stop hotkey while using a Japanese voice, an error message as below appears, causing the program to crush.

That's the thing am facing too, tried contacting via the mail but not much success. Any way out yet?

Hello Gapa

Would you please duplicate the issue and send a TextAloud problem report? After the error is displayed, from the TextAloud menu click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem. Just mention this problem briefly in the problem report text

Logs in the problem report should give me a better idea of what is happening.
