Software doesn't activate - Order [NXT200408-9781-32155A]

Hi,

I would like to request a refund for the purchase. Your software doesn’t activate and it has nothing to do with my the internet connection or firewalls (I tried 3 different Internet sources). On top of it I am not getting any responses to my requests.

Hi Daniel,

Sorry about the issue. We occasionally run into activation related problems, the solution is to do an offline activation. When TextAloud activation fails you should see a dialog with some options, including a button labeled "Request Offline Activation". If you press that button, and mail me the information displayed, I should be able to activate your license offline, and send you a serial number to use.

If for some reason we're not displaying a dialog when activation fails, enter your activation key in the trial window and press Ctrl+F10.

Send the information displayed in the offline activation dialog to me at jim@nextup.com

Same with me I ordered and downloaded 3 x .. with adding the Activation code

But I still have no luck. I just emailed jim@nextup.com

I really need to get this set up
