anti-virus Quarantine

When downloading your software for some reason our company antivirus software will block it and I have to notify our security team to unblock the software. why is it that your executable is always caught by the antivirus software?

Can you let me know what antivirus you're having the problem with? I may need to contact them and see if we can get whitelisted.
