I needed to reinstall my windows. So, I reinstalled textaloud 4 and activated it. But when installing IVONA voices (Ricardo and Vitoria) I was notified that all licenses were used. I contacted the informed email (support@nextup.com) but did not get a response. I made the purchase of textaloud in a FastSpring package which included (textaloud 4 + IVONA Voices (Ricardo and Vitoria)). I made the purchase on February 2, 2020. Order ID: NXT200202-4864-32212A. Please, I really need to solve the problem. Give me a return. Thank you very much in advance.
