Wont install on win10x64 LTSC

This Wont install on win10x64 LTSC
It keeps crashing at the last few steps in installation

Tried to turn off defender but that doesnt help either

Please help

I'll need to look at an installer log to get some idea of what is happening. To get the log, re-run the installer. After the install fails, open Windows File Explorer, type %temp% in the address bar at the top and press the enter key. This should place you in your Windows temp directory. Scroll through this directory looking for files starting with the name "Setup Log" with todays date in the file name. If you happen to have several for the same day, look for the one with the largest sequence number at the end of the filename.
