Hello,
As far as I understand it, I can use Microsoft voices to record mp3 files with Textaloud, and post them to my website without any copyright infringements. But I can't use bought higher-end voices, like AT&T, Scansoft, or Acapela to record those files and post them on my website, because that would be an infringement of the voices copyright laws. Is my understanding correct?

That's correct. You can use the Microsoft voices on your web site, but licenses for voices we sell at NextUp are for personal use only.
