Creating a RamDisk(Drive) to run Ivona Voices

Can you provide step by step instructions on how to create a RamDisk that can be used to run Ivona Voices with the standard set up used by TextAloud.
Can this be done using DOS commands only?
Will the TextAloud reading start time be quicker, when using large dictionaries, if the RamDisk is used to run Ivona Voices only or TextAloud in general?
Could the RamDisk be setup to handle applying dictionaries only?
