OLE errors with neospeech voices

Hi, I just bought the two neospeech voices and am experiencing
"Playstream: OLE error 8004503A". My previous 2 AT&T Mike and Crystal voices do not have such a problem. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

Sounds like a problem with sapi5 settings in the windows registry. We have a little program to diagnose and fix these in some cases.

and then unzip it, running the program enclosed. It will let you know if there are any problems it can find, and give you a chance to fix them. Then reboot and try again.
