There is currently nothing in the TextAloud user interface that allows you to completely reset all TextAloud settings to their defaults. If you need to do this, you can use the script located at http://www.nextup.com/support/ResetTA3Settings.zip

Download this zip file to an empty folder on your system, and unzip the script ResetTA3Settings.bat. If TextAloud is running, be sure to exit TextAloud before running the script, otherwise the reset will not work. Just double click the script to run it.

The reset script will reset all toolbars, hotkeys and other settings. The script does not touch your article list or any pronunciation dictionaries you may have created.

If you have questions or problems getting this to work send us an email at support@nextup.com
