Voice scratchiness when using voice tag with Heather

I'm creating a library of narrations for some training videos using the Acapela Heather voice. I want to make sure that Heather is the only voice used, so I've added the correct voice tag at the beginning of the file. The problem that I've noticed is that when the TA3 voice control is set to the Microsoft Anna default, all of the playbacks of the files that include the Heather voice tag sound scratchy, but are played with the correct voice. When I change the voice control from Anna to Heather (even with the voice tag still in place) the scratchiness disappears.

The issue is one of maintainability. Other folks on my team may need to edit and update these narrations and may not know to manually set the voice control. I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible.

Disregard - I found the answer on the Advanced FAQ. It has to do with sample rates. Thanks anyway!
