Hi!

It seems like when I speak text to a file, it won't use the speed defined with the speed slider above the text area. Is this a bug or is it just not possible to export with a faster than standard speed?

The slider speed setting should be used when writing audio files, I'm not sure what could be happening. We write debug files from TextAloud that may give me a better idea of what the problem could be. Please duplicate the problem, then from the TextAloud menu, click Help -> Open Data Folder. In this folder, locate the 4 files TextAloudMP3.dbg, TextAloudMP31.dbg, TextAloudMP32.dbg and TextAloudMP33.dbg, attach them to an email, and send them to me at jim@nextup.com
