Greetings Jim,

Can the Display Text Field in the Automatic Action Option take a variable argument? If so, what are some of the variable arguments (or tags) that can be used in the Display Text Field.

Do you mean the Display Text field on the Notification Options dialog? That text field currently does not recognize any tags, just fixed strings.

What exactly are you looking for there?

Hi,

Tools ---> General Options ---> Automatic Actions ---> Add Action ---> Display Text

I would like to display the Article Title before the article starts reading.

The Display Text field will recognize some tags/replaceable parameters in the next update (later this month):

%Title% - the article title
%Voice% - the voice assigned to the article
%ArticleCount% - the number of articles loaded
%DateTime%
%Date%
%Time%

Let me know if that is not what you're looking for

Yes, this is even better than what I wanted.

Hi Jim,

%Title% %ArticleIndex% of %ArticleCount% is working fine for me.

Thanks
