How to Install new Voices in TA?

The requirement for using voices with TextAloud is that the voice software supports either the Sapi5 or the older Sapi4 speech interface. Generally it is pretty simple to install voices. Voices will come packaged in their own windows installer, so all you need to do is exit TextAloud, run the installer for the voice, and restart TextAloud.
