TextAloudMP3.exe: Missing DLLs

I decided to do a simple test after downloading TextAloud into my Linux Mint 17 computer last night and saw the following errors. I thought it would be a good way to learn to use this TTS application. I've looked into Winetricks and did'nt see any such DLLs there. Any advice and help will be much appreciated.
