New version: always a 1 second delay [SOLVED]

I just got a new computer and when I installed TextAloud, I ran into a BIG problem.

Maybe I'm just missing something. In the past, when I would use the 'Watch Mouse'
option from the Tools menu bar, anything I highlighted was read. Instantly. It worked fine.

But now, this little window opens up every time. The, 'Mouse Speak Prompt'.
At best I can tell the Mouse Speak Window to automatically read anything I highlight.
But always with a 1 second delay. Hopefully there is some way to turn this off.

Lets check your settings first. From the TextAloud menu, click Tools -> Clipboard and Mouse Speak Options, and click the Mouse Speak Options tab. You want to make sure that Watch Mouse checkbox is selected, Prompt to copy highlighted text is NOT selected, and Default Action dropdown set to Speak Text.

In addition, it is best that Watch Clipboard be turned off when Watch Mouse is used. So under the Tools menu, check that Watch Clipboard is not selected.

Are you seeing the delay with these settings?
