My requirement is below
Translate English text to Hindi and create audio file using Hindi language voice.
Does TextAloud 3 has the option of translating English text to Hindi and create an audio file.

We may add translation capability in a future update, but currently TextAloud cannot translate English to Hindi for you. The only way to use TextAloud for what you're looking for would be to use another application / web service to do the translation, copy the translated text into TextAloud, then write your audio files. The only Hindi voice we currently have is Nuance Lekha, you can listen to a voice sample at http://www.nextup.com/nuance.html
