Keep freezing

I opened epub caused the program to freeze (not responding) , i close and open it many times but it continue trying to loading the same epub and freeze .
Maybe by deleting the history it will be solved but where can i find it .

Make sure you are running the latest version of TextAloud, version 3.0.90. To find what version you're running, click Help -> About from the TextAloud menu. If the version displayed is earlier than 3.0.90, you can download a current installer at http://www.nextup.com/files/ta3.exe.

If updating to the current version does not fix the problem, please send a TextAloud problem report immediately after clearing up the freeze. To submit the problem report, from the TextAloud menu click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem. In the problem report text just make a brief reference to this issue.
