Import new voice into program

I've bought and downloaded a new voice

I thought I'd installed it, but where has it gone
If i go to the original file, it is for repainr, modify etc
I don't have problems normally

Please give me a clue

Best thing to do would be to send an email to support@nextup.com. In your email mention the voices you're having problems with and support will help with troubleshooting the problem.
