How Do I Get My Refund!

I sent several emails about getting my 30 day money back guarantee. So far I have heard NOTHING! :-(

I bought TextAloud 3 and Acapela US Will. If I try to copy text while Version 3 is reading it goes nuts with pop up errors thus not allowing me to copy while its reading. I was forced to revert back to my previous version 2.85 Except Acapela Will does not work in version 2! !@#$% :-(
This is a deal killer for me and I want my money back. Not even hearing from anyone is not what I expected. I sent off a few more emails this morning to support, sales and Rick @nextup.com Who do I have to blow to get a silly refund????

If anyone could show me a way to get version 3 to work like version 2 in that I can Ctl C for it to read and it would ignore Ctl C while its reading I would not need a refund. Please please someone respond so I can get this fixed one way or the other.
