Purchased Salii. Have activation key. Need download links.

Hi.

I purchased a few years back Ivona 2 with Salii.
A download link and key was emailed to me.
The download link does not work anymore.

I still have my key but have no way to install the program.
I have tried to use "ivona_installer_ne.exe" but it gets the following error.
"the setup cannot continue the installation due to the lack of an internet connection" <---seems the server is gone

I have installed Textaloud but the activation key does not work.
I tried emailing your support but the email bounces.


I use the program for personal use on programs like teamspeak and Elite dangerous.

Can you help at all or point me in the right direction?

Dejay, I have the same program as you--Ivona Voice with Salli--which I have since replaced with TextAloud 3. I purchased my Ivona Voice at amazon.com. The good news is that IF you purchased yours at amazon, you can simply go to your amazon account page, then click "Games & Software" library, and there you will find a big yellow "Download" button to get your software. However, if you did not purchase it at amazon.com, then I am afraid I am out of ideas.

Pretty sure it was Amazon. Thanks very much, I'll give that a go.

As for the support, I tried that 1st. It kept bouncing back. No issues sending emails to other people.

Thanks Spundot. No luck with Amazon. Product does not seem to be listed and I can't go back anymore than 6 months on Amazon.
I will try the support again.. Maybe it was down when I tried last.
