Trial mode reset in Beta 43

We expect to release Beta 43 on Monday 12/18. This update will include some rework to the code controlling TextAloud trials and licensing.
As a result of these changes, if you purchased a TextAloud upgrade already and entered an activation code, TextAloud will reset to trial mode. All you need to do is click Help -> About from the TextAloud main window and re-enter your activation code.
