Pronunciation Editor

Post by dasadler »

Does anyone have any guidance on how this is used? The help file does not make any reference to it at all (unless I missed it). The Pronunciation Editor seems to be a powerful tool. Especially the 'Advanced Pronounciation Editing with Phonemes' yet the help file is silent on this.

I just uploaded a new version of NextUp Talker, version 1.0.48. The update just includes a new section in the online help, Editing Pronunciations. You can download the updated version from https://nextup.com/files/talkera.exe

The phoneme editor is useful when supported, the problem with it is that not all voices support it. Check if you have questions about specific voices, but of the voices we sell at NextUp, it is only supported with AT&T and Nuance US English voices.
