how to close article window but not toolbar

How do you close the article window without closing the floating toolbar. versions prior to 4.0.10 did not show this large window which takes up most of the screen. thanks.

By article window, do you mean the TextAloud main window? If so, you can minimize the TextAloud main window and keep the floating toolbar open. Let me know if I misunderstood.
